These Terms govern your use of GuestDrops. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
GuestDrops lets hosts collect and manage event memories via QR codes, private galleries, live slideshows, keepsakes, highlight reels and related features, subject to your plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 to open a host account.
Host responsibilities & consent
Hosts are responsible for the content collected at their events, for informing guests that content is shared with the host, and for having an appropriate legal basis for that collection. Hosts must respond to reasonable guest requests regarding guest-contributed content.
Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or non-consensual content, attempt to breach security or access other users' private events, or misuse the AI features. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Content ownership
You and your guests retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant GuestDrops a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans and purchases are billed through Stripe. Prices and included limits are shown at checkout. Statutory cancellation and refund rights apply; discretionary refunds are handled case by case.
AI features
AI-generated highlight reels, summaries and assistant responses are provided on a best-efforts basis and may contain inaccuracies. They are aids, not guarantees.
Availability
We provide the service on a best-efforts basis and may perform maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GuestDrops is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We strongly recommend you keep your own backups of important media via the download tools.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will notify material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
